At Playroom Avenue, we partner with a wide range of trusted toy makers and brands—from beloved favorites to small, independent creators. Because of this, shipping may look a little different than when you order from a single-brand shop.


How Shipping Works

  • Direct from Each Brand: Every product is shipped directly from the brand or maker you purchased from.

  • Multiple Shipments: If your order includes items from multiple brands, you’ll receive separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

  • Shipping Timelines: Each brand has its own processing and shipping schedule. Some may ship quickly, while smaller artisan makers may need a bit more time to prepare your order.

  • Playroom Avenue is a US based store that offers shipping to the 

    Contiguous United States only.


Shipping Estimates

  • Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout for each shipment.

  • After placing your order, you can view shipping updates anytime in your Orders Page on playroomavenue.com.

  • Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unexpected issues.


Responsibility & Claims

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Playroom Avenue and our partner brands are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Filing Claims: If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.

  • Accurate Information: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address, and we cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.


Supporting Small Businesses

Part of what makes Playroom Avenue special is our commitment to supporting smaller makers. Some brands may take a little longer to process orders due to limited shipping resources, but the result is a thoughtfully made, sustainable product your family will treasure.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are set by each brand and calculated at checkout.

  • If your order includes items from multiple brands, you may see separate shipping charges for each one.


Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as a brand ships your item, you’ll receive tracking information by email and in your Playroom Avenue account.

  • Orders with multiple brands will include multiple tracking numbers—one for each package.
